Reservations & Cancellation Policy
• A three night deposit is required upon confirmation to secure the reservation.
• The deposit is refundable provided written cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Thereafter, the deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered night(s) of a confirmed reservation including early departure.
• Christmas and Easter period: Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a three night cancellation charge. Cancellations received 59 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge (entire value of the booking)
• Deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied.
• Travel insurance is recommended.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is applicable during winter season; 7 days at the Christmas period.
• Children under 12 years of age sharing a room with 2 adults are complimentary.
• Check in time after 3 PM
• Check out time before 12PM
• Early checkout is available. Complete stay will be charged.
• Late checkout may be granted at a charge depending on availability.
• Rollaway beds are available free of charge for children under 12.
• Babysitting is available at a charge.
• Crib is available free of charge.
• Parking is available free of charge.
• Other conditions may apply at peak periods.

Payment Policy
• MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.

Rates Inclusions
Rates are quoted per suite per night in US Dollars and are subject to a 10% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax. 

Room rates include:
• Complimentary airport transfers
• Continental Breakfast. We also offer a’ la carte breakfast at an additional charge.
• Twice daily maid service
• Private shuttle to Golf
• Tennis courts
• Fitness centre
• Beach & pool towels, loungers & umbrellas
• Complimentary in-room internet connection and Wi-Fi internet at poolside

Additional person charge: US$85.00 in the peak and winter seasons, US$75.00 in the spring & fall and US$50.00 for the summer. The additional person charge applies for people over the age of 12 years of age.
